Returns/Damages

  • Our policy for Royal Teak Products is that we do not take returns.   If an item has been damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will need a picture to determine the outcome.

  • All visual defects/damages MUST be REFUSED  when accepting the furniture. If a package is damaged, it must be opened and inspected to see if there is internal damage as well. If so, the piece must be refused.   If a shipment with multiple packages is received, ONLY the damaged package must be refused

  • If a concealed damage is discovered after delivery, we need picture of the box and the damaged part. A replacement part or a full replacement will be shipped at our expense. It is up to Royal Teak Collection to determine whether a new item will be shipped or just a replacement for the damaged part.

Royal Teak Collection Limited Warranty

  • Royal Teak Collection warrants the original consumer purchaser that its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (3) year from date of original consumer customer purchase, on all orders used for normal use. (not including Contract/ Commercial use, please inquire)

  • The warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture and/or furniture components, on the furniture that is defective.  Royal Teak will either provide replacement furniture/parts or otherwise repair the furniture at no cost to the customer. In the event of piece replacement, no assembly labor is included.  Should an item not be repaired to the customer’s satisfaction, a replacement part or piece will be furnished at Royal Teaks Collection’s expense.  In the event a customer alleges a defect, Royal Teak Collection requires a photo of the defect be sent to determine the nature and extent of the defect.  All photos shall be sent at the customer’s expense.

  • The limited warranty, as set forth above constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy of the original consumer purchaser with respect to any defective Royal Teak product and is in lieu of all other obligations and liabilities of Royal Teak Collection.  In no event shall Royal Teak Collection be responsible for any cost of procurement of substitute goods, lost profits, or any incidental, consequential, and/or special damages of any kind resulting from breach of any applicable express of implied warranty, breach of obligation arising from a breach of warranty, or otherwise with respect to the manufacture and sale of any Royal Teak Collection, whether or not Royal Teak Collection has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

  • This warranty applies under the conditions of normal use, but does not apply to defects that result from intentional damage, negligent, misuse, abuse, acts of nature, including but not limited to, wind damage, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fire, monsoons, typhoons, cyclones, or any other event that is based on natural causes, service or modification, or by any other cause unrelated to defective material or workmanship, or other conditions beyond Royal Teak Collections’ control.

  • Umbrella’s and cushions are not covered under any warranty.

Our All-Weather Wicker is the perfect alternative to Teak. This maintenance-free collection is made with top of the line synthetic Wicker fibers from Rehau, it is a durable, non-fading, and through-colored material that is both dirt and insect resistant, but it feels and looks like wicker and will last you for generations.

The framing is made of powder coated Aluminum, for extra durability even in extreme weather conditions. A light and rust-free solution makes it easy to move your furniture around. Naturally, all teak components are A-grade.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment
If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information, In most cases, we can ship within 5 business days. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order please email us at orders@outdoorsrockingchair.com.

Miscellaneous Shipping Information

  • We cannot ship to PO boxes.
  • Non-standard shipping surcharges will apply to isolated service areas, such as remote areas, areas not readily accessible by a delivery vehicle, islands, etc., as defined by the shipper. These circumstances occur less than 1% of the time.

Delivery Times

You can estimate the deliver time to your home or business by viewing the "Ships Within" information listed with every product. This refers to the time from when you place your order, to the time it leaves the warehouse. The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed, until you receive it. The diagram below shows how the total delivery time is broken down into pre-ship processing time and shipping time. 


Processing time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. The "Ships Within" time frame listed with each of our products on the website applies to this time frame. For example, if your order a product that reads "Ships Within: 2 Weeks", this means that the product typically leaves the factory within two weeks. If there will be any additional time required to process your order, we will notify you immediately to confirm the delivery period. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order. In some cases, the items are custom built.

Did your shipment arrive damaged or defective?

Please report damaged or defective merchandise to us immediately by email phone. Photos of the items and the packaging would be greatly appreciated. This will speed up our resolution process. We strongly recommend at the time of delivery, if your notice any cartons that look dented, crushed or just not right, open them immediately and inspect the contents. If the contents appear to be damaged, please notate it on the delivery ticket, refuse that item only and contact us as soon as possible for instructions.
