We ordered 2 swivel/glider chairs with an end table from outdoorsrockingchair.com and received them within a week. The communication from the company in regards to my order and my shipping update were outstanding! They were packaged very well with no damage to the products, we were able to assemble all three pieces in about 1 1/2 hours…instructions were pretty easy to follow. We love our new chairs…comfortable, smooth gliding and will last us a lifetime.

Some of the screws in the slats were not counter sunk while others were so deep that it cracked the slat. Wasn't at all what I expected on quality but shipped right on time.

First the chairs are built well
They are very comfortable and organically structure
On top of that, compliments to the personable service. Immediately solved an issue I had.
I will definitely recommend and come back for more!

Heavy and good quality, instructions were good and all the parts were there. Shipped in heavy duty boxes and protective pieces, everything was in perfect condition!

The outer bottom-most seat slat was split upon arrival, no big deal, used two-part epoxy and clamps. Would have been nice for a nearly $400.00 swing to have everything nice and without problems. Quality Control!!!!

We received our Amish Bentwood 9-slat rocking chairs and side table within a week (much sooner than we expected). My husband put them together and we absolutely love them. We now "rock" every morning while drinking our coffee and every evening to just wind down.

I’m a 65 year old female (widowed) and I put this rocker/glider together myself. The directions with the photos were easy to follow, I did have to change a few screws (need to pay attention to lengths). The chair looks great and adds that little bit of rustic I was looking for.

This is a very nice table. It is absolutely beautiful with the pedestals. Lots of room for 6 people. The chairs that match is heavy.Highly recommend luxcraft. It arrived very quick.

Price is little bit on high side for a bar. But it is heavy duty furniture and looks like it will last for years. Relatively easy to assemble but does require 2 people because top is very heavy. Well made. One major issue is screws require square bit (none of my friends have it and it was not included) , thus required a trip to hardware store. Manufacturer could have easily included it almost no extra cost. It arrived within a week. Pleased with delivery and quality.

On 2/23, I ordered a pair of A&L Furniture Co. Folding Reclining Recycled Plastic Adirondack Chair W/ Pullout Ottoman and a matching table. The lead time to ship was 10 days. Despite our choice of frame and seat colors they arrived on 2/28. They were easy to assembly (20 minutes per chair) and matched our 14 year old pub height set perfectly, which is a testament to the poly lumber product that doesn’t fade or deteriorate. Although we’re thrilled with the product, I was a tiny bit bothered the manufacturer didn’t clean the excess plastic from the parts prior to constructing the chairs. The excess quickly trimmed off with a knife and heat. The large flat washers weren’t stainless either. Despite these tiny disappointments, the product is outstanding and I would definitely purchase again.

A couple years later,

I ordered one of the amish hickory console table. Ordered on Monday here Friday. The hardware was missing out of the box. Contacted Jeffery he called back soon very nice ,friendly asaid the company would send more hardware on Monday. He reached back out to let me know it's was on its way. Made it here on Thursday. Great customer service and the console table is great quality. Thanks again Jeffery.

Almost too easy I thought it may have been a scam.... very happy,... putting together takes a bit, but it is what it is...

Split when the screws were tightened. Still very stable though.

Very pleased. Assembly was manageable. The quality and durability is outstanding. I wish it came with the hooks to hang in the ceiling but otherwise, it's spectacular and very happy with it!

First off, the Rocking Furniture customer service was EXCELLENT! We had a large purchase of several pieces of Luxcraft products. The swivel/rockers were a bit challenging for one person to put together but possible. The quality of Luxcraft is heavy duty and beautiful. I'm sure it will last us a very long time! I am so happy that I found this company! Thank you for making our experience so pleasant!

The Royal Teak Collection Miami deep seating love seat was the perfect addition to our sunroom furniture. It paired beautifully with the same series 3-seater sofa.

The Royal Teak Collection 3-Seating Miami Collection Sofa was a great upgrade for our sunroom. It was the perfect size and height for this room. The cushions are very comfortable and the Teak wood is beautiful. The Customer Service at Miami furniture were great at responding to questions and suggestions on how to prep the furniture to keep it looking great. We'll be looking to add a couple of chairs to match this sofa later this year!

Purchased this to add to the bench we ordered. Arrived with the other table as well as the bench fully assembled. Could not be happier! Color was spot on. This company does a first rate job. Will use again.
