Assembly is ridiculous. You need at least two people to assemble this. Also the holes barely line up and the chair is a cheap wood material. The instructions do not tell you to use the correct screws provided either. You’re not given the amount of screws that are requested. The company also advertises they are authentic Amish chairs, but you have to assemble it yourself with a drill. This is not worth $800 at all. How disappointing and a waste of money. They won’t take the item back unless you pay $300 in shipping costs. What a joke!
I bought 2 of the Luxcraft Comfort Rocking chairs in Antique Mahogny. They arrived yesterday and they are gorgeous! The HDPE recycled plastic that is used in these chairs is high quality. They look great and the touch of the stock is very smooth and pleasing. The chairs are handsome and the most comfortable rockers I ever sat in. And they are very substantial. The are built to last. I can't wait for the snow to melt so that I can place these special rockers on my deck. I am a grandfather to 5 grandchildren. I know that they will enjoy rocking on the deck--though do be careful rocking when little ones are nearby. If they get too close to the rockers, there could be toe injury. Just a caution, but not a reason not to buy!
Jeff was in touch with me to confirm the color choice right after I ordered it. I was kept informed about shipping details. After my husband assembled the glider we noticed it not being a completely smooth glide. I contacted customer service by email. Jeff responded within a half hour. We were able to make a video of the glider and what was happening. Jeff had the solution in an instant. We had over tightened bolts. We loosened up and it glides perfectly. I was really impressed with Jeff. He is amazing!!
It took us about two hours to put it together. It looks great, feels great on the back. Perfect!
Great product. Great service. Very professional and they delivered on time
