The swing itself is just what I wanted for my parents, but the quality work control was poor as holes cut out for chains were left rough with damage/splitting of wood on arms. To help prevent further damage from the swing chains I had to install bushings. I thought this company was reputable but If not for size/hassle I would have returned. Very upsetting as this was a gift!

Like everything about the product.
Definitely a work of art. Not only its beautiful, its also very confortable. It can be a challenge for some people to assemble because u dont want to add new holes. Everything is pre drilled and fairly easy for someone who is handy. I did not use a drill to prevent any cracking wood and used a clamp to hold the pieces together for easier fastening.
