The curved front edge makes the swing more comfortable than our previous one, but it's not as nice as we had hoped. The wood is a bit rough, the back is a bit crooked relative to the seat (mostly a visual thing when looking at the gap between the two), the cup-holder bottoms are a not level, the chain holes in the arms are not beveled (instructions say they are) so the chains will eat at them, and the bolts stick out a bit far on the sides (we knew this would be the case, but eye bolts would be better). Assembly was fine, except that it was very difficult to keep the arms exactly square and even with the uprights when screwing in the long wood screws (these holes are not pre-drilled), even though there were two of us on the task. In sum, it's a decent swing, but they could maybe use a bit more quality control in the shop.
