I love my new gliders. These are beautiful and sturdy. The customer service has been fantastic (one of the owners has been in constant contact with me regarding some shipping delays and some missing brackets-THANKS, JEFFREY).
The color is perfect. I was expecting a lighter blue but when these arrived, they are more of a Navy/Sapphire blue which thrilled me since that is my very favorite color!
We took the opportunity to pull up some old marine carpet from the porch; cleaned it up and painted it. As you can see from the pictures, all matched up very well.
The only complaints I have about this furniture would be the instructions and pictures for assembly. While these may be easy for a handy man or carpenter to put together, not so much for two ladies who are getting older. The pictures need to show more details/closeups. The instructions said a rubber hammer would be needed but didn't state what it would be used for. The Carriage bolts were an issue because we didn't know that they weren't supposed to be screwed into the holes. The expectation that one would KNOW that you use the rubber hammer to pound these through the pieces is unfortunate. We spent a good bit of time trying to figure it all out. Once we researched some things we finally got these gliders and the stool together.
We live in Alaska and ordered several pieces of rustic hickory furniture. It seems like nobody wants to ship to Alaska, but this company does! They worked with us every step of the way. Their sales and customer service was wonderful and their craftsmanship is excellent. We love our new cabin furniture and will highly recommend them to all our Alaskan friends and family.
