Heavy and good quality, instructions were good and all the parts were there. Shipped in heavy duty boxes and protective pieces, everything was in perfect condition!

The outer bottom-most seat slat was split upon arrival, no big deal, used two-part epoxy and clamps. Would have been nice for a nearly $400.00 swing to have everything nice and without problems. Quality Control!!!!

I'm sorry top hear one of the seat slats is split. Would you like us to have the manufacturer send out a replacment slat?
