Breezesta manufacturers premium outdoor furniture made of recycled poly lumber to be part of the environmental solution. Each year, we remove tons of petroleum-based milk jugs and water bottles from America’s waste stream and convert them into sturdy poly lumber at our own recycling plant.

Alternatives to our recycled poly lumber solution don’t offer the same sustainability, either. Metal rusts. Wood splinters. Webbing tears. Aluminum frames bend. Any outdoor space can be met with harsh elements that would damage lower quality materials. In the end, this damaged furniture is trashed and sent off to the landfill.

Breezesta is what environmentalists call a “full circle” product. It’s not just made from recycled plastic, it’s recyclable itself! Breezesta will last season after season, but if you are ready to recycle it, simply remove the hardware. This eco-friendly mindset is reflected in everything we do, from our manufacturing process to our marketing materials. Recycled plastic is safe and clean

Making safe and clean products using post-consumer waste begins with proper sorting. The material is then thoroughly washed and decontaminated. The base plastic material is processed at our Pennsylvania plant and converted into sturdy poly lumber. The plastic is decontaminated to a high purity level, thus ensuring it is safe for use. The purified recycled plastic is formulated with Ultra-Violet (UV) stabilizers and color pigments, creating colorful, eco-friendly, maintenance-free products.

Sure-Lok® joint mortise-and-tenon construction, typically used in fine woodworking, further ensures the furniture’s sturdiness.

The lumber surface’s unique graining mimics the look of real wood and helps to conceal minor scratches, while other manufacturers’ smooth plastic amplifies them. Breezesta poly has multiple advantages over hardwood too: it is easier to maintain and is warranted against cracking, splintering, chipping, peeling, and rotting.

Visually, our color is second to none. Highly-saturated color pigments run throughout the lumber, so there’s no worrying about white marks from scratches or nicks! Sun Guard Technology, our proprietary formulation of ultraviolet inhibitors and stabilizers that’s mixed in with the color pigment, protects the furniture from fading. We guarantee it for three years! Finally, our color-matched fasteners are so subtle that all you focus on is the rich color and stylish design.

Breezesta poly lumber is durable and virtually maintenance-free. It will never need to be painted or sealed because it will never stain or rot. It cleans up easily with a water hose or with a soft-bristled brush and a mild cleanser. High-pressure washers (with no more than 1,500 psi) can also be used when necessary.

Even in harsh outdoor conditions — such as seaside homes where furnishings are exposed to wind, salt, and sand — our furniture needs very little care to maintain its beauty. Furniture products

Breezesta warrants to the original purchaser, not transferable, a limited lifetime warranty for residential use and three (3) years of commercial use from the date of original invoice, under normal use and service conditions that products shall be free from material and workmanship defects and will not crack, splinter, chip, peel, or rot or suffer structural damage, including from insect infestation.

Breezesta products are made with UV inhibitors and stabilizers to minimize fading and are warranted not to fade for three (3) years; however, upon sun exposure all colors will fade to some degree over time. To minimize fading, keep product covered or out of direct sunlight when not in use, and use cushions where applicable.

Hardware
Hardware used in assembly of Breezesta products is warranted not to break for a period of five (5) years of residential use or three (3) years of commercial use.

Hardware is warranted not to rust or corrode from the effects of weather for two (2) years. Proper maintenance of hardware will reduce weathering effects, particularly in coastal areas. Please see the Care & Maintenance Guide on Breezesta.com for full care and prevention details.

Mechanical hardware used to create motion as in swivel, rock, or glide is warranted for a period of two (2) years against breakage.

In the event of rust or corrosion replacement hardware will be provided free of charge.

Cushions
The cushions are not covered under Breezesta’s warranty. The cushions will be covered under the cushion supplier warranty and only residential use is covered. Please reach out to Breezesta or the Breezesta retailer from whom you purchased your cushions.

Fire & ice table
The fire components used in fire pit tables, including burners, ignitions, electronics, and glass guards, are not covered under the Breezesta warranty. These parts are covered under vendor’s OEM warranty. Please reach out to Breezesta or the Breezesta retailer from whom you purchased your fire and ice table.

Warranty exclusions
Assembly or handling of products, including labor and assembly costs, or defects caused by improper assembly.

The application of paint, varnish, or other coating or chemical not approved by Breezesta.

The application of heat or radiation from an external source, such as a barbecue grill, another appliance, or fire.

Color or pattern variances between any new replacement parts or pieces or other pieces. We will occasionally discontinue or modify products and colors. If the original product or color is not available, the warranty replacement will be made at Breezesta’s discretion.

Damage beyond material and workmanship defects, including, but not limited to, negligence, unreasonable use, misuse, physical abuse, vandalism, accidents, acts of God (fire, flooding, hurricane, earthquake, tornado, lightning, ice, etc.), environmental conditions (mold, mildew, etc.).

Staining caused by rusted or corroded hardware or foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oil, etc.) or normal weathering.

Breezesta’s liability with respect to the product(s) shall not under any circumstance exceed the purchase price, or that portion of the price allocable to damaged or defective parts or components; thus, the product, part, or component may only be fully replaced one time under the warranty period. Proper maintenance of your product is required to support the benefits of this warranty. This warranty is void in the event of abuse or neglect. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.

For service under this warranty, contact the Breezesta dealer from which you purchased the product. When submitting a claim, you will be required to submit a written description of the defect, along with a photo and proof of purchase receipt including the date of purchase. Once documentation has been received, reviewed and if approved, hardware, parts, or product will be shipped to the dealer from which you purchased the product.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment
If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information, In most cases, we can ship within 5 business days. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order please email us at orders@outdoorsrockingchair.com.

Miscellaneous Shipping Information

  • We cannot ship to PO boxes.
  • Non-standard shipping surcharges will apply to isolated service areas, such as remote areas, areas not readily accessible by a delivery vehicle, islands, etc., as defined by the shipper. These circumstances occur less than 1% of the time.

Delivery Times

You can estimate the deliver time to your home or business by viewing the "Ships Within" information listed with every product. This refers to the time from when you place your order, to the time it leaves the warehouse. The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed, until you receive it. The diagram below shows how the total delivery time is broken down into pre-ship processing time and shipping time. 


Processing time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. The "Ships Within" time frame listed with each of our products on the website applies to this time frame. For example, if your order a product that reads "Ships Within: 2 Weeks", this means that the product typically leaves the factory within two weeks. If there will be any additional time required to process your order, we will notify you immediately to confirm the delivery period. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order. In some cases, the items are custom built.

Did your shipment arrive damaged or defective?

Please report damaged or defective merchandise to us immediately by email phone. Photos of the items and the packaging would be greatly appreciated. This will speed up our resolution process. We strongly recommend at the time of delivery, if your notice any cartons that look dented, crushed or just not right, open them immediately and inspect the contents. If the contents appear to be damaged, please notate it on the delivery ticket, refuse that item only and contact us as soon as possible for instructions.
