A & L Furniture products that are shipped to or sold in California are subject to the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, more commonly known as “Proposition 65”. Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that can cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
Our Poly Furniture is constructed using Stainless Steel hardware, swing chain & hanging hooks which contains nickel which is on the California Prop 65 list. The poly (HDPE) lumber our furniture is built with contains no known regulated toxic or carcinogenic substances.
I bought 2 adirondack swivel bar chairs and i love them! Since I've never heard of this company, I was skeptical when I placed my order. They kept me informed from when they left the warehouse to when they got to my home. They are very well made and very sturdy. I love the aruba blue color and the height is perfect for looking over my balcony. I love them! This was a great purchase. I will purchase again when i save enough money! They were expensive, but well worth the money!

2 Questions: 1- I was wondering about FADING? 2- This furniture will be on our boat deck and in direct sunlight, rain and all inclement's of weather, will it hold up ?
HDPE poly dies will not crack, chip, peel, rot or splinter and resists fading. You can leave this furniture out year round. You just need to keep it clean with saop and water
