Easy to assemble, very comfortable

Simple design made assembly easy. Chair is very comfortable. Helps relieve back stress. May set a second one for our other room. We also received regular communication on the order status.

Gorgeous product and amazing customer service

We absolutely love these unique rockers! They arrived about 14 business days after the order was placed. During the interim there was a little uncertainty about the order status, and Jeffrey from Rocking Furniture provided me with a lightening fast follow-up (literally within minutes of me sending an email) and liaised with the manufacturer directly to ensure smooth delivery just a few days after my query. I am hard to impress, but I really felt that this was above and beyond service! It takes a bit of head scratching to get these rocking chairs together (it would be nice if the instructions were illustrated), but my husband and I worked together and got the first one done in about 30 minutes and the second one took half the time. Not only do they look great, but they are very comfortable!
